With rope, bronze, and an artisan-rust finish, this piece begins with "found material" and recasts the industrial look as expressionistic art. 4 E type bulbs spread light through and beneath the rough-material components. Rope provides Little River's recurring theme: wound tight around the down-rods, then looping lengthwise through the bronze body of the lamp structure, and finally reprised in a lateral stitching that runs under the main strands.
